La Maison Bleue is proud to offer generational cuisine with recipes passed down through the El Abbadi family for centuries and has a reputation of producing the finest traditional Moroccan cuisine in Fes.
The restaurant is situated in the palatial aspect of the 1915 home where you are first and foremost, the guest of a prominent Fassi family who love to share their generational heritage and traditions through the art of Moroccan cuisine.

The Chef, trained by the Al Abbadi family, balances subtle spices, fresh produce and authentic Fassi settings to create traditional Moroccan dishes which will leave you captivated by the home-style love, care and attention that goes into every dish.
On offer is a choice of two à la carte menus comprising traditional Moroccan cuisine.
The Terraces & Courtyard
Three terraces offer breath-taking views over different aspects of the Medina and provide you a choice of areas to relax, perhaps for a seasonal cocktail, with a book or simply to enjoy the sunshine.
During the summer months, meals are served on the terraces with snacks and drinks available by the swimming pool.
The Blue Lounge
Our newly renovated ‘Blue Lounge’ offers a contemporary space in which to enjoy pre-dinner drinks, tasting plates and cocktails.
The modern design influences the hip and exclusivity of a lounge bar, creating a funkier alternative to the more intimate and opulent upstairs bar.
Dinner is also served in the Blue Lounge, where the music, innovative Moroccan cuisine and carefully chosen wine list caters to a wide range of tastes.
